Can someone please give me a AO OC in Roblox Studio Crash Course???

I have ADHD and struggle to watch videos on how to do it, but I would LOVE to be able to make some of my AO characters without having to make a file for them! You can just add small tips and tricks, if multiple people do that, surely we can get a basic tutorial, yeah?
Thank you for your time!!
