Played my first game in this season

I played this game with my friend who uses support. Don't really have any words, I didn't understand what the hell was going on, I started out as Mr F. and I was confused why I could use the teammup when thing wasn't even on my team, can you even call it a teamup? Anyway, I get overstimulated easily and the game didn't help, teammups everywhere it was a giant blur of colors, I couldn't kill anything with all the regeneration crap, so I swapped to gambit to help my team kill stuff, even with the ult we only killed one person, magik and spiderman were diving, but with all the colors and noise, I couldn't even tell from where and mark them, we got rolled and I felt powerless. I used the mag teammup, but my hp was dropping so fast. It's like their team was unkillable while mine just melted instantly. I played qp as jubilee, and got rolled again, their team would never die, we tried burst dmg, still did nothing, we got spawn camped too. I'm not sure what else to do honestly...call me a hater but I liked how it was before when everything wasn't a giant blur, I don't feel as if I can get better in this environment, and it's unfun and confusing i'm probably going to quit.
