Roommate ruined my life, then asked me to move back in with her three months later. She seems completely oblivious about how she affected me.

I'm wondering if I was out of line by blocking her

Reposting with more info if you recognize this post!

I lived with this person for two years. I was essentially forced to move in March because she moved due to not liking the third roommate. She was the primary leaseholder, and when a leaseholder leaves in that building, everyone has to also. I did want to move away from her, but was thinking I'd prefer to stay another year to avoid the financial stress of moving.

The situation caused me so much stress, because I was afraid I wouldn't find a place. I was getting headaches, etc, and toured about six places. Secured a place about two weeks before my other lease ended. I also paid for a renter's insurance policy, new license, etc. Feels like it doesn't make sense to move again so soon. Additionally, I live on a border between states, so I technically had to cross state lines to move last time. She knows that.

My current lease is month to month, but the landlord would prefer tenants who don't bounce fast. I moved in late March, and feel like it would be weird to move back in with the person who forced me to move out only months later.

The former roommate did ask me if I was interested in living with her again, and I said I was open to relocating again, but this seems so fast. I didn't think she meant now. I thought maybe she meant in a year. I even asked what she had in mind, and she replied that she'd let me know if anything came up, and in advance for sure. Then all of a sudden she asked if I could tour an apartment with her in two days, and wanted to move the following month.

And I'm wondering why she's leaving this new place of hers so soon. Also: She told me she's touring the building that I was forced to move out of! This seems crazy. I wonder if the people she was living with asked her to move out? Also she suggested I move in with her into a 1 bed 1 bath, and I take the living room and she takes the bedroom.

I decided to block her on Facebook and her phone number. Probably for the best. By the way, this is another story, but she was also taken to small claims court by the third roommate last spring. She had collected a "security deposit" from me and the the third roommate, when there wasn't one required. She claimed she was reimbursing the person(s) who moved out, but turns out she pocketed the money. She only returned the money after the judge ordered her to. Not when she was caught pocketing it. Couldn't she have given it back and said sorry it was a misunderstanding or something?
