Would you feel comfortable doing a third transfer?

looking for advice and IVF warriors who had success after 3+ transfers.

after the 2nd transfer failed, we did a hysteroscopy, Mock cycle/ Emma & alice.

hysteroscopy biopsy showed endometritis and we treated with antibiotics. the following month we did the emma/alice/ endometrio which revealed everything is normal And receptive. (Yay no endometritis!)

Backstory:
Me 30Y, my husband 33M are doing IVF, currently 4 years of Unexplained infertility, have been tested for everything and have seen multiple doctors. Normal sperm and normal DNA fragmentation. Ovulate regularly and little to no pain on periods. Karotype normal, thyroid normal, negative for blood clotting disorder, negative for immune issues, etc. 

Back story:

2024-started acupuncture- 2 chemical pregnancies, 1 loss at 8 weeks (chromosomal abnormality defected) 

2025- 2 IUIs failed. Negative receptiva at 0.0 and MRI mostly unremarkable (specialist surgeon states sees a small spot of adenomyosis and says there is reason to look for endometriosis)

End of 2025 started IVF

1 ER- 8 PGT tested normal embryos

2026- 2 transfers failed (1 medicated completely failed, 1 modified natural resulted in chemical pregnancy yet again)
