Uttar Pradesh Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh responding angrily to reporters questioning damage on the newly built Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway yet to be inaugurated from recent rains , telling them "build the road yourself" and calling such issues a normal ongoing process.
