What happens when two narcissists meet and get together?

I’m curious because a guy coworker who has gotten me trauma bonded with intermittent reinforcement for the past year has found a new supply in a new female employee.

Basically, it’s been an intense two years since I started working at my current job. I’ve never felt secure in our friendship/relationship (whatever this is that we have) and it has, at times, sent me into an anxiety spiral from his inconsistency. I’ve since sought therapy and healing. My friend also intervened and confronted him, to which he replied that he sees me as a “friend.” He then proceeded to lovebomb me again but this time with passive aggressive comments of how I should take a break in my career, etc. Lately, I have detached a bit more.

I noticed the new female employee keeps seeking attention with short skirts, loud colors, and tight clothes where you can see her underwear. She’s also performing poorly and almost got fired. When there’s loud music blasting and he’s around, she suddenly bursts dancing the choreo with full energy (yes, even at the office). There have been several times when she inserted herself into my conversation, cutting me off. She also likes to monitor me and the guy. She asks where I buy my clothes and buys similar ones. She would also openly flirt with him telling him he has a good smile. The other night, we all went out after work and the narc guy started leaning towards me. She then told me three times to move to her seat instead. I didn’t move because I see no reason to move. Another colleague suddenly pointed out that she actually has a boyfriend.

Seeing the two of them get flirty is disgusting and I don’t know what to do about the narc guy. He keeps checking up on me to see if I’m okay and continues to be my main company in the office. He’s also been very attentive to me lately. He’s managing the two of us. She feels narcissistic too. I can’t stand seeing them two together.
