Is £425/week a reasonable price for an all-inclusive university studio in London?

Hi everyone,

I'm moving to London for a year and have been offered a university-managed studio for £425/week, all bills included (private kitchen and bathroom).

My monthly funding will be around £3,200, so I want to know whether Is this considered a fair market price for London, or should I be looking at private rentals instead?

I'd really appreciate any advice from people familiar with the London accommodation market.
