My bf is saying that it would be “lazy” of me to not want to cook dinner every night when I start school again

So I (19f), and my bf (19m) live together, and as of right now I am working part time, around 20-25 hrs a week. I come home after work clean, cook, pack his lunches. I do all house chores. So I’m starting school back up in a month, and I was thinking about how I might start to feel overwhelmed with everything. So I asked if he would be able to maybe cook dinner 2 nights a week. He works at a blue collar job about 40-48 hrs a week. He’s a hard worker and he provides for us, and I’m so incredibly thankful for what he does. However on weekends I work, and he stays home and does nothing besides make the bed, and after he works during the week he comes home takes his clothes off puts them on the floor(expects me to clean up after him), takes a shower, and does nothing. When I asked him about the 2 nights a week making dinner he said “we’ll see”. I said why “we’ll see”, and he said he didn’t want to, and he wants to do nothing when he comes home, which I understand. I said that there is going to be days where I don’t want to do anything because I’m tired, and he called me lazy because of that. He says what I do is not hard, told me cleaning everyday is so easy, cooking dinner, and packing his lunches is nothing. I said If it’s so easy why can’t you do it 2 nights a week. I got emotional saying, if you can’t make this small of a commitment now what is the future going to look like. He scoffed at me, and I had to go on the couch because I was upset. We’ve talked about this, and he agreed when I’m full time working, he’ll pitch in, same with if we have kids, but how do I trust that? While I understand right now my work load is not crazy, but when I’m going to be doing full time school, it will be hard. I just need to know if I’m being overdramatic, and spoiled, or if this is a normal ask.
