21M, i find it impossible to talk to girls my age.

Basically i just can't interact with women my age. I have no issues talking or confronting younger or older people but the moment a 20 something girl looks my way or even smiles at me i look away or at the ground. I really wish i weren't this way, but even if i like the girl and start walking up to her i get a terrible feeling in my chest and change my mind.

Idk i'm just afraid of being rude.
