Experience Requesting Title to New State with Wells Fargo (venting)

I have been financing my car with Wells Fargo. I recently moved states, and the county I moved to requires the physical title or a faxed title directly from the lien holder before I can register my car there. The county website has a webpage and form for this that seems to document everything I need to do.

A week or two before moving, I went ahead and filled out the form. Wells Fargo doesn't post the necessary information for the form (address, fax number, etc). So I call support and... they give me all the information pretty quickly. So I fill out the title request form, and the county should fax the request to them.

For the next month, I will repeatedly check my emails and the Wells Fargo app to check for updates. The county, at this point, should have reached out via email if they received the title. So I call up Wells Fargo support to check on the status of the title request. Guess what? It had been IMMEDIATELY REJECTED with no notice to me at all. The problem? I named "Wells Fargo" as the lien holder instead of "Wells Fargo Auto". I needed to make another request.

The woman on the support line told me the fastest way to get my new request in motion would be to email the form to their titles department (I could not find that email anywhere online, so I guess it's secret). She also said that I should call the next day to make sure they received it; this would make me "skip" the normal queue. Neat. I filled out a new form, emailed it to that secret email address, and called the next day. The support member told me they received it and that it looked good now. They said it would take 11 weeks. This pushed me really close to the 90-day limit that I am supposed to have my car registered by, but I could make it on time.

GREAT! Now all I have to do is wait for them to process it.

NOPE

A week later, I get a mysterious "secure" email from the super-secret email address that I have to view on a special "secure" website. I make an account and read it. Wells Fargo says I need to provide "Additional Information" for my request. This includes proof of ownership using my title (that I don't currently have) and filling out some attached documents. There were no attached documents. The email formatting was also so broken that I literally could not tell what all they were asking for. So I called up support to ask what this even meant. The support member told me that what actually happened was that my request was denied due to an incorrect address for them.

HUH?!?!? The address that THEY GAVE ME SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS FORM WAS "INCORRECT"? I kindly asked for the correct address and filled out a third title request form.

This has been so infuriating. Not just the convoluted process, but just the lack of communication. I essentially have to call their support over and over again just to have an idea of what is actually going on.

Anyways, I will probably edit this rant when I finally get my title mailed to the DMV.
