Any genuine tips on how to ace maths? 🥲🥲

Its a nightmare for me. Been through numerous phases of giving up and starting over again. Nothing feels like working. Throughout middle school, my math marks have always stayed stuck to 40s....never went up😞.It feels embarrassing sharing it online🥲. Idk why but I fear maths now. I doubt my calculations and spend a lot of precious time rechecking..only to find out nothing's wrong😔. It has become a habit. Plus I suck at managing and making math routines😭. I'll be giving boards next yearr😭 im so scared of failing. Very scared. Dear seniors, any study tips/advice on maths??😭😭
