Battery-adapter options for light meter in Olympus OM-1: Need feedback

Edit: had to remove links, the reddit filter was flagging it.

Hi, I was researching what the possible battery-adapter combinations are there for Olympus OM-1 and I need your feedbacks to confirm if the research is right or if it needs change(s). This can also serve as a repo for people looking to get a battery and adapter for their film cameras. Here the 3 possible combinations I've found:

Combo 1: (Expensive adapter+cheap battery: lasts long) recommended
Use a Kanto Camera MR-9 Battery Adapter Set (adapts size as well as steps down voltage) with 1.55V SR43/LR43 silver oxide batteries OR AG 13/LR44 1.5V battery which are widely available. NOTE: DO NOT use alkaline  batteries.

Combo 2: (Significantly less priced adapter with slightly more expensive battery) -- heard mixed reviews
MR-9 Battery Adapter (just a size adapter, down not step-down the voltage)+ PX625 battery

Combo 3: (Expensive battery: drains quick, some as quick as a week)
The WeinCell MRB625 (they have a short shelf-life once unsealed) + MR-9 Battery Adapter (just a size adapter, down not step-down the voltage.
