Wyatt vs the ellory timnath

Hi i have two apartment choices wyatt and ellory at timnath.

I found ellory the neighborhood around in google maps to be empty and barren and was a bit worried about security during night walks

I prefer wyatt since its more in the city but i dont have a car at the moment. I noticed costco and walmart are 21mins walk from the wyatt apartments - can anyone please advise me if sidewalks are available to walk all the way to costco/walmart?

Anybody who’s lived in both can you please help suggest which is better?
