A book about Paris Anderson, please.
Am I the only one who really likes Paris? As a villain or a character, I mean—not as a person.
In the second book, when Juliette went to meet him for the first time and he pinned her against the wall to disarm her—only to then politely ask if she wanted to sit down—it was a total "holy crap" moment. And with Warner listening from the kitchen, unable to do a thing... I can only imagine his reaction.
Or in the last book, when the "robot" Juliette started feeling attracted to him because he reminded her of his sons (whom she had dated), and he was disgusted by it, saying she was nothing more than a child to him. I respected him a lot here.
I believe he’s a horrible person, but far more charismatic than his sons.
He raised Warner to be ruthless—almost a carbon copy of himself—and he nearly succeeded, were it not for Warner's "soft heart" (mostly because of Juliette, of course).
And the fact that he always comes back from the dead—or "never truly dies," like a cockroach—will always be funny (and annoying) to me while I read
Shatter Me.
Plus, there's the fact that he’s very handsome and fiercely driven to achieve his goals. I find him incredibly interesting and think he deserves a book or a short story all his own. ANYONE??
