Canon PowerShot G1 X Mark II, Canon PowerShot G3 X, or Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II?

New to photography and considering trying it out. These cameras are what my dad owns, and he hasn't used them in years so he doesn't mind giving them to me as hand me downs.

My main use case would be capturing portraits of people in a variety of lighting conditions, mostly for social media/web. Portability isn't too much of a factor for me, but would be a bonus.

Any advice on which I should go for considering my use case? Thanks!
