Vyvanse vs. Adderall

Hi! Has anyone here taken both Vyvanse and Adderall? Which one ended up working better for you? I’m on Adderall now (10mg, 28f) and like it while it’s working, super life changing, but it doesn’t last as long as I’d like it to and sometimes I have a negative emotional comedown later in the day of like coldness and slight zombie mode.

I’m curious how the 2 compare in terms of focus, motivation, anxiety, duration, and the “crash.” I’d love to hear your experiences
