Is there a way to save warp markers on a drum break so that I don't have to chop it up each time?

I make dnb and find myself chopping and resequencing drum breaks. I want to know if there is a way to chop up drum breaks and have the break saved in MIDI for when I want to come back and resequence. I don't want to have to start with the audio, place warp markers, slice to MIDI, and THEN chop the sample each time.
