What Champs use Master of Duality?

In honor of the new AAA Aram season coming out, I wanted to ask this question because I haven't used this augment all last season. Which champs use both Ap and Ad well? I would assume some champs like Katerina who duel use Ad and Ap or maybe an ADC that uses Ad but maybe has an AP passive/ability? Which champs specifically? Thanks for any help!
