Soy sauce?

Hey so my nutritionist told me that im safe consuming soy sauce with wheat in it, as a diagnosed celiac. But i am a bit skeptical with this, no i do not get visible symptoms from soy sauce with wheat. Is it actually safe to eat as a celiac or should i buy a gluten free one? Im worried for my health
