Looking for honest feedback from Owner-Operators and Fleet Owner

Owner-Operators: What part of your job outside of driving is the biggest headache?

Hi everyone,

I'm a computer science student trying to learn more about the day-to-day work of owner-operators. I've been reading discussions here and watching videos because I realized that driving is only one part of the job.

It seems like there's also trip planning, finding fuel and parking, checking weather, dealing with brokers, keeping track of paperwork, receipts, and switching between different apps.

Since I don't do this for a living, I'd rather ask people who actually do.

What part of your workflow takes the most time or causes the most frustration?

• Planning trips?
• Finding parking?
• Paperwork?
• Broker verification?
• Expense tracking?
• Something else?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience, even if it's something I didn't mention. I'm here to learn, not to argue.
