Proposal

Hello everyone, I am planning to propose to my partner next week and was wondering if the gatlinburg scenic overlook is busy during the sunrise 6am to 6:30am on a Thursday? Since we are a gay couple and also my partner wouldn't want people around would this be a good spot/time if not please recommend other spots/times. Thank you
