Nerve tingling on right side of head.

I'm male 56 years old, 5 ft.7 in. and 160 lbs.

I'm been having tingling on the right side of my head from the ear down the side of my jaw to the chin. It's not constant but seems worse when I lean forward.

I went for physiotherapy and was told I have a pinched nerve and was given a bunch of exercises. It's been a couple of weeks and there's been no improvement.

How long does it take for this kind of issue to resolve? I already suffer from bad anxiety and this is only making it worse.
