What's already running:

- Animator #1 producing content

- Scripts and AI voiceovers ready to go

- Clear workflow — you animate + add music/SFX, we handle everything else

What you get:

- Month 1: $450-550+/month (per-video rate + consistency bonus + viral bonus)

- Month 2+: fixed monthly salary + $100 consistency bonus + $50 per viral video (10M+ views)

- No micromanagement, no endless revisions — you own your final result

- Salary and volume grow as the channel grows

- As animator #2 from day 1, you grow into a team lead role

What we need:

- Unreal Engine preferred (Blender / Maya / C4D also welcome)

- Realistic 3D animation style

- 8 videos/month (30 sec each, 2 per week)

- Sound design basics (music + SFX)

- Reliable weekly delivery
