Medical suggestion required

Having a condition called phimosis - it's been some years since I kept postponing my circumcision (Locally known as Sunnath)

Has anybody in trivandrum faced such an issue and had a solution lately please help by suggesting better methods of surgery and its recovery process with before after condition, Also recommend some trusted urologist or surgeon in the city who could perform the procedure well.

Any genuine advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
