Cancel a ticket booked with voucher

Hello all - I’ve booked two standard premier tickets with a voucher that I got for my 50th but now need to cancel them. The app and website won’t let me which I assume is because it’s a voucher refund? Does anyone know what to do? I’ve raised a ticket on their contact form but am just told they’re busy so could take a while. Any ideas gratefully received …
