Budget headphone for mild-moderate audiophile

I’m looking for a pair of budget headphones that I can afford to look after less cautiously (under $150 usd). I’m currently using an old pair of Bose QC 35i (going on 10 years). I’m between the soundcore space 2, nothing cmf pro and earfun tune pro.

My priorities are:

1. Sound quality and accuracy
2. Battery life & noise cancellation

Made the mistake of upgrading my qc35 firmware and now the anc is trash. That plus the intermittent connection issues with two devices and no usb-c has got me exploring options. Love my PX8 S2s but am not willing to use those where I use my qc35’s. Any insight or recommendations would be super helpful.
