Experience with i.Management Svc, Inc as a building management company?

Hi everyone!

I live in Uptown and my building’s management company is i.Management Svc, Inc. Does anyone else live in a building managed by them? And what do you think of them?

I personally think they’re slow to respond to issues and dismissive of safety concerns. I’m asking a wider audience cause the other unit owners in my building don’t seem to care much.
