No VTO since i transferred

Couple months ago i transferred from a delivery station center to a grocery fulfillment center, and let me tell you, that was the best decision i’ve made. The job is so much more enjoyable and easier and no pick and stage 🙏. Im still working 4 days a week 10 hrs a day but i’ve noticed that at my new warehouse, they have not given a single VTO out at all since i transferred there, meanwhile at the DSC they would give it out like candy. I mean it makes some sense since it really is more physically demanding there but we barely had enough workers for them to put out VTO. Mind you at the GFC we are PACKED 24/7 and no vto??? Isn’t it based on business needs?
