What do you guys think of AI in the Real Estate Industry?
Hey everyone,
We keep hearing about AI transforming the global property market, but I want to get a pulse check on how the Dubai market actually feels about it right now.
As the market matures and competition stiffens, there seems to be a huge divide:
The Optimists: Agencies leveraging AI for predictive market analytics, instant lead qualification, automated valuation models (AVMs), and hyper-personalized client matching. They claim it slashes operational costs and catches investment opportunities before humans even spot them.
The Skeptics: Those who believe Dubai real estate is purely relationship-driven and that no algorithm can replace the human touch, high-stakes negotiation, or local intuition of an experienced broker.
For the agency owners, developers, and top-producing brokers here:
Have you actually looked into integrating customized AI workflows or consulting into your business to streamline operations, or are you waiting to see how it plays out? If you were to adopt AI, what is the single biggest bottleneck in your current workflow you'd want it to solve?
Let's discuss—is it time for Dubai real estate to undergo a digital transformation, or is the old-school way still king?
