39 [M4F] #Alabama - Give me hope in the darkness that I will see the light

I'm a 6'0, broad shouldered Irish male. Red beard and all. I'm not a very good looking man. I have a weight problem that I am very actively trying to reduce. I already lost 600 lbs, and am struggling with the last 200 I need to do.

I enjoy playing video games in my spare time, as well as watch movies and listen to music. Sitting on the couch in the evening and cuddling watching movies is a great time for me.

I work as a Personal Care Assistant.

I do some resistance training, but nothing that involves bulking. I want functional strength, not vanity muscles.

I love animals. Big dog person. I have 3. I do like cats, the only breed I dont like are the wrinkly hairless ones. Makes me feel like I'm petting my grandpa.
