Pack of omegas gets a new, or first, Alpha?

Title. Usually I see a pack of alphas which bring in an omega, which is super hot and I get why that's the common trope, but I'm curious about the dynamics if it's the other way around, where there's a pack of omegas, maybe with like a head omega protecting them, but then they decide they definitely need an alpha for all sorts of reasons. Enter a huge, protective alpha who has to take care of the lot.
