Help upgrading

Hi, I have had my current pc for 6 years now and I think it is time to upgrade since it is starting to struggle with newer titles such as Marvel Rivals due to unreal engine 5.

My specs are:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER

RAM: 16GB

Windows 10 - Unable to upgrade to 11 due to hardware limitations

If I upgrade only the graphics card and ram capacity is this likely to upgrade my performance significantly or do I also need a new processor.
