Should I take a W?

Miscellaneous 🤷

okay so im enrolled in this upper level bio class currenlty for the summer, however in order for me to get an A in this class due to my previous exam + assignments, I would need to get a 95 percent average on both exams. I am not very smart, genuinly - I have never gotton a 95% on a science exam ever. We have very strict policies so there is no curve or anything like that. I'm debating on withdrawing and retaking the class this following fall semester.

I understand how neurotic this sounds but if i were to get a B in this class it would decrease my already low gpa which is at a 3.2 currently. This why i enrolled in summer classes was to bring up my gpa, so my goal really is to make it out with all A's for the first time.

I wanted to ask whats the best option, I really don't know if i can pull an A and I know that a B is technically not a bad grade but at the same time i know that it will only decrease my low gpa lol. I wanted to ask how do medical schools view withdrawals? If i were to take on this would be my first one. I also would plan to directly take the class again the following fall semester, would that look decent? Pls be honest sorry if this is annoying :(
