Accident issue! Need help

I got in an accident and reported to Uber, they referred me to a third party by name of “Toggle insurance company” and they said they’re dealing with Uber accident issues.
I declare them the whole story which is in my wining and the other driver was in clear fault; but they are trying to convince me to let it go and just accept the amount of money, which is just $812 for repair my car and they calculate my deduction $2500 in this repair expense as well!
So it looks like they already decided that I’m at fault and it was my mistake! With all the proves and photages, BUT it’s so clear that I’m not at fault! But still they’re deciding on the other party benefits!

Do you know this company and have any experience with them?! And what should I do now? And advice?

Btw, I rejected their offer of $812 for repair my car!
And as there were no injuries I don’t think any lawyer would be interested in taking this case!
What’s your opinions?!
