help with accupressure tool

Hello everyone

I'm not suree if I'm pressing hardly but mu finger are sore right now that I like to press many points. So now I need your help in finding a good tool so I don't need to use my fingers all the time.

I would like if the tool is on amazon or something as I live in middle east.
And if you would like to advice me on what to look for when buying one.
