Can't join multiplayer or server got any ideas?

So, I'm playing on PS5 and my BF is on PC via Steam

When I try joining our server it works just fine. I can't join a regular multiplayer He is hosting tho.

He can't join any servers and can't join my multiplayer game.

Has anyone else run into this issue and figured out how to fix it?
