This game frustrates me with glitches and lack of clarification

So I’m playing fallout 76 right now and I am on the quest to explore Vault 79. And of course, I read the warning that if I continue with the Raiders then all quests at foundation cannot be continued. I figured because this is a Bethesda game, that meant I wouldn’t be able to continue them until after the mission. I then saw that I failed the other quest.
Meaning I’ve permanently locked myself out of the foundation quests.
If this didn’t piss me off already it sounds like the loop from the other side is pretty dang good.
On top of all of this, I am now trying to find the mole and accuse them except for now the quest is bugged, and I cannot accuse anyone besides that one girl in the basement, who is very, obviously not the mole.
