[TOMT][SONG][MEME][2020s?] Its used in memes every now and then it kinda sounds like clown music and screaming?

its a fairly simple track with the main instrument being a synth that seems like it used some guttural human voice sound or a scream as a sample for a synth. it sounds kinda like carnival music or clown music. i can hear the "synth" very clearly in my head, but i cant quite grab onto the melody itself so i cant record an example of the song itself there are no vocals from what i remember but if someone posts the correct song i will definitely know if its the right one or not.
