What happens with Disabled children after parents deaths

So I’ve always wondered what happens with children with disabilities after their parents pass away. It makes me sad when I see parents out with their kids because one day the parents are gonna pass away and who’s really gonna be there for their children! Idk why I think like this but man it makes me sad thinking about it.
