Is this the right screw to install ceiling fan?

New build came with ceiling boxes but no screws. Box is Allied Moulded 9375-FR. Looking at Simpson SD Connector screws since I'm fastening a metal fan bracket into wood blocking above the box. A lot of other screws like the Simpson SDWS .160 have a notch under the head that doesn't let the head sit flush with the bracket holes.
