Keep 12900k or upgrade?

Hello, I am looking to upgrade my gpu from a 3070 to a 5080, however I am debating whether I should also upgrade my cpu from a 12900k to a 9800x3d.

I mainly play rainbow six siege and want to hit a constant 360 frames since I have a 360hz monitor and I also might upgrade to a 1440p monitor soon.

Any advice is helpful and recommendations for other parts are also welcomed.
