Help: Money Transfer. $ - € - INR

I've been staying in the US for the past couple of years and not relocating to Europe.

I'm finding it difficult to get Euros.

Can anyone help or give suggestions?

In the US: I pay INR via UPI or Bank Transfer to anyone know or acquaintance - I get USD via Zelle/Bank Transfer/Cash. No PAN needed, no ID, no Paperwork ever needed. Just Google rates & transfer. Like this I've almost transferred amount worth $50K, No issues.

But unfortunately here in Europe: People aren't even aware of anything such stuff like what happens in the US. So what do I do and what are my options?

I don't want PAN/Income Tax to be involved at all, no paperwork, no forex stuff.

Is there any way by any chance or if there is any such Indian community where I can easily get people who transacte in similar way, I will be really grateful.

Or please share your experiences/suggestions/alternatives?
