Can we talk about this trope for a second? 😭

The main character gets hit by a car.

They're rushed to the hospital.

Before anyone even knows what happened, the family immediately blames the love interest.

Meanwhile, the police are just... nonexistent? 😭

Can we at least get an investigation first? Maybe find out who was actually driving the car before everyone starts pointing fingers.

I swear I've seen this happen in so many dramas, and every time I'm just sitting there thinking, "Did everyone collectively forget how accidents and investigations work?"
