This notice concerns AAdvantage® miles recently claimed and deposited to your AAdvantage Business℠ account through a promotion for newly registered businesses.

Our review determined that your AAdvantage Business℠ account did not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the promotion's terms and conditions. As a result, the 25,000 AAdvantage® miles that were claimed through this promotion have been removed from your account.

We recognize that the miles were deposited to your account in error. To acknowledge the inconvenience, 5,000 AAdvantage® miles will be deposited to your AAdvantage Business℠ account.
