Insufferable UK heat

Hey all you amazing dads out there!

I’ve currently got a 16 month old lad who is really struggling in the heat of 35 degrees C (95 Fahrenheit) and I have no idea what to do at home to help cool him down.

We’ve tried sticking face wipes in the freezer and placing them on his head, shoulders, back and tummy. We’ve tried ice cold water in his bottle to drink, we’ve got fans facing him and still he’s just drenched in sweat.

We’ve currently left the house and headed down to the local restaurant which has air conditioning. He’s currently eating Hummus and Pitta bread and seemed alittle chilled out but I know taking him back home is gonna be a nightmare.

Anybody got any ideas?
