PS5 Sound bug worse after today's update?

Playing on a PS5 Pro, when I entered the Old Camp after an hour or so of playing, there was a loud screech, the background music stopped, and a minute later it made a deafening high pitch, ongoing sound that made me close the game. Has anyone else noticed something similar?
