Lenskart sale is a scam

I have placed an order in lenskart sale on 22nd of may, and i have selected my delivery option as nearby store, and in app it says "order is delivered at nearby store" but in store they say its not recieved yet, its a prepaid order, and its been almost 2months, never got an update from lenskart. They just took away money and nor responded..
