Question about xp with 1.0

So I started a new world with 1.0 and I set my xp to 0.1 like I usually do but then I realized the pal capture bonus is only 5 instead of 12 so that would probably affect my leveling. So my question is, for anyone who started a new world for 1.0, how fast do you level on default settings? I don’t want to rush through the early levels but I don’t want it to be too much of a grind
