Blood tests are back and I'm unsure!

Even though we live on the AI era and we can use it to analise information basing it's knowledge on fact checked data. I still am worried about the numbers on red.

I live in a small city in Germany where there are absolutely no doctors that have knowledge on Keto. So I have noone to read my resoults.

I wonder if anyone here can recomend me a certified professional that could help me with my numbers.

I've been on strict Keto for 7 months now (under 20 gr.) and my physical activity is medium high.

Keto Metabolic Progression (2025 ➡️ 2026)
Fasting Glucose: 71 mg/dL ➡️ 81 mg/dL
Total Cholesterol: 185 mg/dL ➡️ 284 mg/dL
Triglycerides: 58 mg/dL ➡️ 40 mg/dL
HDL Cholesterol: 79 mg/dL ➡️ 100 mg/dL
LDL Cholesterol: 91 mg/dL ➡️ 201 mg/dL
Triglyceride / HDL Ratio: 0.73 ➡️ 0.40
MCV (Red Blood Cell Size): 86.6 fL ➡️ 97.1 fL

Thank you!
