Any sailors working at FRC Southwest?

I got orders to FRC Southwest in a couple months as an AE. I’ve heard it’s a pretty good command, but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s currently there or has been there recently.
How’s the work-life balance, leadership, advancement opportunities, and overall quality of life? Anything I should know before checking in?
